Another one for me was catching Regigigas on Diamond, since it took me forever to do, mainly because it took me forever to actually get all 3 Regis on Emerald.

Beating Zekrom and N in N's Castle...
I switched in Azumarill to use a Max Revive on Samurott. (Azumarill is only level 20, against a level 70 Zekrom)
Zekrom was paralyzed and Magnezone had used Flash on it five times.
"The foe's Zekrom fainted!"
"Azumarill gained a boosted 13283 EXP points!"

My "yes" moment was catching a Kyurem with a regular Poké Ball.

I'd have to say the first time I beat Cynthia. It took me longer than I thought to do it the first time around, I was still used to straightforward champions. Other than that, in my most recent run on Ruby, raising an actually strong and usable Beautifly, who kicks ass :D can't wait to beat the hell out of the E4 and the champion with my pretty butterfly ;) aaron-style :D
On second thought! The time I finished the original Red version in 12h with pokémon averaging lvl 35-45 :D but that was like at least 10-13 years ago! I had almost forgotten about it :D

The moment when I got a revenge critical hit on Hugh's Tepig during the second fight against him. I said revenge because in the first fight (Snivy VS Tepig), he KO'd my Pokémon via a critical hit. RIGHT BACK AT YA MAFADACKA :V

Pretty much the whole Pokemon blue, my first pokemon game. Highlights would have to be when I caught a Clefairy & Chansey because of the rairity (and difficulty @ Chansey), when I beat the Elite Four, when I caught Mewtwo, and finally, when I completed my Pokedex. All 150 minus Mew (which I was supposed to get at a Toys R Us event but it was raining really bad that day and nobody wanted to take me, I was so pissed)
I caught a shiny Purrlion on Route 2 today.
