In each Pokemon game I play for serious, I always kept a "main" team of six. Three of them HAD to follow a certain criteria, though: Fire Starter, Surfer, Flyer.
So obviously, the fire-starter knows Flamethrower. Fuck yeah, I love that move.
My Surfer knows surf...and maybe waterfall and dive.
Finally, the Flyer is responsible for making my trainer's life easy.
Hah, that's about it.
Signature is a WIP for the moment.
For now, I have claimed: Mewtwo, Member's Card, Wide Lens, Honey Gather, and Psystrike.

Re: What move(s) do you always have on your teams? Waterfall and Surf are great, Fly is OK and I (ab)use Hyponis when I can. Accuracy is a letdown, but against the NPCs who have their fails to cover up for my misses, it's perfect.

Re: What move(s) do you always have on your teams? Always have Surf on my team, no matter what. 90% of the time, Fly is also there.
While I don't go out of my way to do so, Shadow Ball usually ends up on my team (always like to carry a Ghost Pokémon). EQ is always a keeper as well. If I happen to have a Fire-type on the team, it's definitely learning Flamethrower. Same goes for Electric-types and Thunderbolt.
