Pokemon are easier to catch at lower levels. Victini is going to destroy the game though.

I caught Victini in a Great Ball iirc. Mine was Modest =3
Victini can run physical or special sets. I have no idea what nature I want him to be. I think I might go with Timid.
Man, this is sweet! I think I'll catch Victini after my first Gym Battle >x3 I'm definitely gonna EV train it, soft reset for good IVs and good nature. I will not be usin' it on my team though....

I suppose you were lucky. Victini usually have a catch rate of 3. Even if it was Level 15, it would still cause some difficulty assuming you start the event when you arrive to Castelia City.Quote:
