They might piggyback off of Gen V the way they treated Gen II in relation to Gen I (look at all the Unova references in the trailer).

I think there will be about 100 new ones, give or take.

It would be cool if they ended Gen VI on #777 or even #776

hoping for 150 again since they have a bigger team now, they can handle that but I'm expecting 100-115

I think it won't be far from 100. 120 is more than enough for me.

Yeah about 120 new Pokemon. Unless you wanna get technical and the fact they're basing it in a new continent while resetting the routes might mean something more then 120.

I want about 100-120 pokemon. 156 new Pokemon in Gen V were too many imo.

    120. Even-numbered generations tend to introduce less new Pokemon. But I don't think they'll dip below 100 again, after they were so proud of including 150 in BW.

I am going to blindly guess a specific number here: 117. Hopefully we have some interesting new evolutions of old favourites. For some reason, I thought that some of the old Pokemon featured in the trailer might have a new evolution, such as Golurk.

    Thanks for reading.

    100-135

I hope they introduce this many, at the same time, I don't want Gen V's spot as the generation that introduced the most to be lost, but for me, the more the merrier.
