Definitely not. When I have spent a lot of money buying a game already, I prefer all the content in the game to be readily available. The thought of Pokemon having such a thing terrifies me.

Who is this git?
I'd rather have DLC "event" Pokemon that are always available than to miss out on an event and not be able to complete my Pokedex legitimately.
Starters of choice.
Claimed Volcarona on 03/04/12.

Sure, I would rather pay $10/15 for 3rd version content then to rebuy the whole game again for full price.

If it were Action Replay-able, I wouldn't need DLC to activate the coding.
No, then.
No. I'm cheap. I don't like paying for extra features.
Pokemon has gotten along just fine without it so far, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did do something like this in the future (just to make more money).
only include DLC for new costumes and maybe alternate sprites of pokemon (A black-furred Riolu, for instance) but no DLC only pokemon (As in a new pokemon that is DLC exclusive) because that ruins the experience of the "Adventure" to me, but, however, being able to obtain events like say, a arceus event or Keldeo event anytime, are fine because as the mystery gift system sucks because if you forget about an event, you can never get that pokemon again, EVER.
One more thing, make DLC carry over to a new game, i dont want to go buy a $25 prepaid visa card and go to the Eshop or something all over again because an idiot brother or a friend deleted your file.
No, not a chance. I've liked the fact that nintendo games don't use DLC up until this point. The main thing I could see them selling is the event pokemon, which I would rather just keep getting for free. In fact, most things are better when they don't cost money.
DLC is the reason I may never buy a game console from gen 8th gen on.
It's honestly killing my interest in video games to the point where I just go back to older games.
No I wouldn't agree with such a thing at all, but if I wanted the whole cake, then I might not have a choice buying the icing on top.
I generally don't like DLC, but at least Pokemon doesn't require me to be online when I play. oAo I wouldn't mind if it was in the $5-10 range.
Signature is a WIP for the moment.
For now, I have claimed: Mewtwo, Member's Card, Wide Lens, Honey Gather, and Psystrike.
ONLY if it's for a trinket or an event Pokémon/Location.
Well, obviously I don't like shelling out money, but it's content. They worked on it, and you're not getting that for free.
Of course it would be really stupid if all DLC cost something, but I would understand if they charged for the more substantial add-ons.
