    I would, except I can't.
    Because none of my pokemon have the possibility of learning that type of move.
    Excluding Skunktank, however. I'm trying to get more PP for Explosion at the moment. Just because. I know that's stupid. I'm stupid. What gives?

    No.

    I can see it being useful for annoying Pokemon, but I don't want to lose the experience.

    Nope. It may sound stupid, but I think it isn't fair to use this kind of move, if the Pokémon were real it would certainly hurt the poor thing.
