Thread: VG Weekly Poll #21 Favourite Male Playable Character?

Brendan. I always felt his outfit was graceful and sharp, from his runners, to his ski hat confused many.

Ethan. He is just very cool looking.

I voted for Brendan, the only male playable character that actually looked better than his female counterpart.

Gold/Ethan, because he got to dress up as TEAM ROCKET!!!!!

i voted for red because he's AWESOME!!!!!

Brendan. He's just so awesome and I've always liked the guy and his Pokespecial counterpart in Ruby as well. I really want his Emerald outfit, it's great. I really, really wanted to see more of him in the games though, same with May. I just wish the anime would give the some real attention and screentime (those cameos are nowhere near enough in my opinion).

Red would be my second favourite.

Gold/Ethan. I feel closer to him than the rest for a few reasons and he also has the best design. I've always wanted that hat and hoodie combo he has.

My favorite is Hilbert. He looks kinda cute. :3

I like Brendan the most, partly because of the initial hair/hat confusion. And a close second is Lucas, as he has a pretty cool hat too.

Brendan, because I like how he looks the most, especially in Emerald Version. But Ethan is a very, VERY close second (moreso in his HG/SS redesign).

Touya/Hilbert for me. Then either Brendan or Red. :)

I like Silver (the rival is Gold right?) or Kenta as he's called in the anime. Perhaps because Silver version was my first Pokemon game.

Touya/Hilbert is my favourite here. He's really cool, and also cute compared to the other player characters being younger and all. I also like having him as a partner, to the point I wish he had a more active role in the story for the third version.

Red's gotta be my second favourite, since he's the original, but I've never really played as him, and I like him more as an opponent than as a player character anyway.
