VG Weekly Poll #10 Primary, Secondary or Tertiary Version?

Usually the primary, and then the tertiary when it comes out. However, when it's a very old game I just skip the primary.

I normally get all three, but I always end up liking the third version best, mainly because it usually brings in cool new changes and features.

Depends on exclusives and the timing of it all, but for almost all it was whatever version color I liked best lol

Seeing as I've had Red, Gold, Ruby, and Black (the primary games) as opposed to Crystal & Platinum (tertiary), along with only Silver (secondary), I'm gonna have to say Primary.

I always buy the Primary and then the Tertiary when it's released. After playing the Primary, I pretty much always enjoy the Tertiary more due to more content.

I just get whichever one looks better, so has a better name, better mascot and version exclusives, and so on, out of the paired versions, then get the third version when it comes out.
As Gen V is the first generation where I've been a fan since the start of the gen, this only applies to Gen V, and HGSS.

I usually end up getting a mix of games only because those were my favorite colors or choices. (blue, silver, ruby, emerald, diamond, platinum, black.)

Depends on the version exclusive stuff and the box art but that's the least of it.

I never realized that just because one of the games came first in the pair naming that it was more important than the other ._.

I get one of the first two, based on version exclusives, then the third version.

How do you know that Black is primary and White secundary? Aren't they equal?

I prefer the tertiary and quaternary versions aka the sequels.

Secondary, my only exceptions is Pearl.

But third versions usually are a lot better, but I voted based on which I buy first.

Between the Primary and Secondary versions, whichever has the mascot legend I favor more.
