I need some help. I want to get your opinions on the best:
Grass-type (Special attack orientated)
Fire-type (Either Special or Physical)
Water-type (Special or Defensive, preferably both)
Psychic-type (Obvious)
Steel-type (Defensive or Physical preferably both)
Ghost-type (Either)

Please and Thank you! Meant to put this in in te first place; no Legendaries. Sorry for the people whov'e already posted. Also I'm looking for variety in moves. Also no Pokémon that evolve by trade, unless someone is willing to help me

-_- since browsing Smogon is such a pain in the ass for your I might as well....

Grass- Highest Max Sp.Atk are Exeggutor and Roserade coming in at 383.
Fire: I'm not sure what "either is" but I'm gonna assume it's Attack or Special Attack:
Attack- Highest ones are Flareon and Ho-Oh coming in with max 394 Atk.
Special Attack- Heatran tops them all with 394 Sp. Atk.
Water-
Defense: Cloyster....504 Max Defense...
Sp Defense: Kyogre with 416 Max Sp Def
Psychic: Deoxys-A...504 Max Atk and Sp Atk...
Steel
Defense: Steelix with 548 Max Defense
Sp Defense: Tie between Probopass and Registeel with 483 max Sp Dfe
Ghost
Attack: Giratina-O with Max 372 Atk
Sp Atk: Gengar...with 394 Sp Atk

Hmmmmm....

Grass Type: Bulbasaur can be a good special attacker (if not a female Treeko)


Fire Type: Hmmmmm okay well go for Growlithe since it has a lot of offense (if not Cyndaquil)


Psychic Type: Well use Alakazam since he's a sweeper (and was really invincible in generation 1)


Water Type: Well for both defense and special defense go for Lapras because not only is he good for a tank he can learn an excellent set of moves


Steel Type: Hmmmm quite a toughie maybe a Steelix or Probopass


Ghost Type: Well you can go for a Gengar...just watch out for psychic types and ghost types and dark types
