^ I really, really, pray that the Gen VI Fire starter is NOT Fire/Fighting. I don't care what the hell it is as long as it's not Fire/Fighting.

No. That's just weird.

Eh. Maybe it's just me, but I've always wanted a Grass/Fire and Fire/Water type. It'd make quite an interesting dynamic when it came to rival battles imo.

I'll take Fire/Water over Fire/Fighting again, any day of the week. Anything is better than that at this point.

As for thread, please no Grey version. I want to see the Original Dragon just as badly as most do, but I don't think that it should be handled in a third version. The only way that I would take that outcome is if Hilda/Hilbert are playable, or heck even N seeing as he now has no more Pokemon, and it completely wraps up all loose ends while featuring a new region.

I'm certainly not expecting this though, and I'll just hold out for Gen 6 and what it will be like.

Remember, at the end of Black 1 the player character has Reshiram, and at the end of Black 2 the other player probably has Black Kyurem (And Zekr/W-Kyu for W/W2)

The only way to fit a sequel from there is for the player in B2W2 to have never caught Kyurem and fused it with Reshi/Zekr

Ugh, Gen VI? It's barely been a year since BW came out in the US. It'll be two years since BW came out in Japan, but it would still feel too short. adding a record 156 pokemon and then two-three years later adding another 100 on top of that? It'll make Gen V feel rushed.

I don't think we'll get Gen VI until 2014 at the earliest, since they DID say they wanted one more year of BW left.

They've never said that. Besides, they have more than a year left even if Generation VI is released in 2013.

Everyone remembers that Genesect is going to be revealed next month, right? There is only one way to interpret that.

Didn't they? I remember something about a twitter, I believe, about trying to get another year of Best Wishes out. Wait... it was from the Pokemon of America, so yeah, I could be wrong.

They said that Best Wishes would be three years long in total. That doesn't support your argument at all.
