This can happen if you've had your game in a different DS (which is annoying, as the Gen IV-V transfer method requires two DSes, so it stands to reason that one of the games wouldn't be in your usual DS).

I have a question about White City and Black Forest. I now have both Black and White. When I first got to Black City in Black, it was completely empty, and White Forest in White had just a few people. So, I did the Entralink thing, talked to a bunch of people in both games, and some of them asked to move to Black City/White Forest. I ended up with around six people in both. Now, though, I seem to have hit a wall. I tried to recruit more people a few days later, but none of them actually come. They're there, I can talk to them... they just won't join me. Will I eventually be able to bring more people over, or am I stuck like this?

I think people have to leave Back City/White Forest before more can come. I think.

I've heard this, and I could understand it being the case if the areas were at their maximum population, but they don't seem to be there yet - I can catch five or six different Pokémon in White Forest, and there are five items on sale in Black City, so I assume this correlates to the number of people there. Most sources say that the maximum population is at least ten, so I'm not there yet.

I'd suggest maybe are the people you're trying to bring over the same ones as you already have? (possible if the game that was visited never saved them being gone, so never added any more) Since you can only have one of each person in any one Forest/City.

That might be the case... Will different people eventually appear for me to ask, or am I stuck with the current lot?

The people that appear in the Entralink Forest/City are the ones that leave the 'actual' Forest/City, so if you had some leave say the 'actual' White City they would appear in the Entralink White City, but that's not exactly ideal.
If everyone in both games is the same you may end up having to take some people from yet another game... or else, restart one of the two to get more people, since all games start with three people in the Entralink Forest/City.
...which makes me wonder if you can get to Nimbasa without saving. (Nimbasa is the first place you can have someone enter your Entralink from, I believe.)

I heard somewhere that certain Pokemon's Shininess is determined at the start of the game. In HG, is Moltres one of them?

Is Pokemon Black and White compatible with WPA while using a DSi ?

I've heard that while the DSi can connect with WPA, you can only get wi-fi on DS games (like Pokemon) while using WEP.
But now I've heard somewhere that Black and White can actually connect to WPA wi-fi if you're using a DSi.

Is this correct?

Yes, Black, White, and I believe any game using the ''TWL'' coding rather than ''NDS'' supports WPA in a DSi.

Shinyness is down to luck, and it is not predetermined.

Except in HgSs and the originals, where Gyarados was predetermined to be shiny, and in BW where Reshiram, Zekrom and Victini are predetermined to not be shiny in their in-game encounters.

So the DSi with Black/White will be able to get wi-fi from any kind of router that uses WPA (a Vodafone router for example) ?
