Well, in Black 2/White 2, you can obtain a Shining charm to increase your chances of finding shinies either in the wild or by breeding. Additionally, you can use the Masuda method in any Gen IV/V game to make breeding shinies more likely.
Other than that, it all comes down to luck. Find a place with the Pokémon you want, and start hunting. Keep in mind, though, that even with the boosts, shinies are still quite rare, and it's still probably going to take a long time to find one.
Nobody has answered this question yet and I have another question related to the quoted question. I've seen the Demographics section of the White Forest page of Bulbapedia and it saysDoes this mean when White Forest reaches the maximum population of 10 trainers those trainers will never leave and if you want different trainers you will have to start a new game?New NPCs can be brought into White Forest by inviting them from Black City via the Entralink.
NPCs that have left will be visible to other players in Entralink. If this area becomes full, no more will leave, even if their score reaches zero.

What are some decent moves to breed onto Minccino? I know Iron Tail is one, but that requires chain breeding and the luck of getting a male child, which in the species isn't common (lucky me, I have a male Minccino already to father the egg, but he of course doesn't know Iron Tail). Anyways, any others?
I still have no signature.

I would say Aqua Tail, which requires a male Seel, Buizel, or Oshawott, or any of their evolutions. If you want, you can go here.
Anyway, I have a truck load of questions, and here they are:
Can I order Black 2 and White 2 when they come out in America, but order them in Europe? If you don't get this question, please don't hesitate to ask me to rephrase it. By the way, this question is super urgent.
Can I receive event Pokemon off of Wi-fi that are hosted in America, using an American 3DS, but in Europe?
Can I receive event Pokemon that are hosted at Gamestop, in Europe, with an American 3DS?
Is Blaziken + Meganium + Blastoise better, or is Blaziken + Venusaur + Feraligatr better?
I think thats all for now.
In regards to the question about wi-fi events, it you have an American 3DS and a US game, you will pick up US wi-fi events anywhere. as for in life events, I believe those are region locked, so you'd need a game from the country the event was in to get it from there. As for ordering American games in Europe, are you talking about Importing? That's possible
And for your final question, I'd say Blaziken+Venusaur+Feraligatr is better.

Hey guys. Once I get Pokemon Black Version 2, and I've already got Black Version 1. Then having its flashbacks, should I use the same identity as I was back in Black Version 1?

You can if you want, I don't think if affects it any if you choose a different trainer name.

Okay, this is really weird.
My DS Lite was able to connect to our old router just fine, and it had WPA security (I know, because we've always used this type of security). We got a new router some time back though, and I was able to get my DS Lite to connect to it as well because it didn't have security yet. But now it does, and my DS Lite says the settings aren't compatible with it.
Thing is, I know for a fact that this security is ALSO WPA. WTF?
I need help because I was supposed to trade with someone here to get a Fire Stone in order to evolve my Vulpix in Black. I was going to give him a Chikorita. My 3DS should be able to connect, but I don't like the way the graphics of sprited DS games look on it.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it. I suspect the thread will be moved to this subforum.
Other than that, was your old router really a WPA connection? If it was and your DS Lite connected to it, then I suspect that it wasn't. The DS Lite is incapable of connecting to a WPA connection, it even states so in the manual. I have no way of helping you right now, since I don't actually own a DS Lite anymore.
Edit: You should really just play on your 3DS if the connection doesn't work. If you don't like the filtering, you can hold Start + Select while the game's loading for the first time and that'll alter the graphics to become that of the original resolution, pixel for pixel. The problem is that this leaves black bars, but that's about it.
