In Pearl I found a shiny Gastly in the Old Chateau. I had a feeling I wasn't going to be able to catch it because I kept throwing Ultra Balls and it wouldn't catch, and it used Curse so its HP kept going down. But I managed to get it before it fainted.
In White I was at Victory Road searching for a Fraxure because I didn't have one yet. When I ran into one, it was shiny. Caught it on my first try.

The only shiny I've encountered was an Unown in Solaceon Ruins. I caught it~
My sister caught a shiny Lillipup as soon as she stepped onto Route 1. Lucky kid.
I recently found a shiny Golduck in White. I missed the sparkling animation and shiny Golduck look quite similar to regular ones, but fortunately I noticed that its beak was orange rather than yellow.
He has a Docile nature and Hidden Power Electric. I have a moveset and EVs planned out for him, but they're very similar to my Simipour's which I just trained. So I'm going to train a Sigilyph first and then train my Golduck so I won't get bored of doing the same thing twice in a row. Meanwhile I'm using Golduck as my Musical guy. He looks great in an afro wig.
i found a shiny male Audino on route 10 while grinding my whole team of 6 pokes to level 80 for the second round of E4. I'm quite pleased with him as he's my 1st shiny in gen 5, and i figured what with me fighting hundreds of those healing buggers it'd be one of, if not the, 1st things to pop up shiny for me :P
the only other shiny i found within the gen4 and gen5 limitations would be my shiny hoothoot i found in platinum. it was during that escort mission in the eterna forest, and i had decided to do some level grinding since all battles were double battles and Cheryl was healing me after every match. low and behold a shiny hoothoot popped up. Cheryl's Chansey seemed to notice as well as it instantly was intent on egg bombing the poor thing to death. luckily i killed her off and caught the Hoothoot in peace :)
My latest shiny encounter was Herdier 4 days ago. Was jut beatin' up on Audinos, had my DS on for 5 days straight XD

I have made a goal to find a Shiny Smeargle through breeding.
I have 1 shiny...and of course it is an Audino, go figure.
My friend got my a shiny Accelgor from hacking, but I don't count it because I didn't try...
Ive actaully had a bit of luck with shiny Pokémon (with out cheating that is) :3
My first was a shiny Torkaol in Shaphire
then a Shiny Chansey in LeafGreen (IN THE SAFRAI ZONE I was SO happy it didnt run away! :3)
Then a Shiny Golbat AND Sharpedo in Emerald.
And a Shiny Gloom AND Seaking in Pearl
and when i restarted my Ruby i the first Pokémon i found was a shiny poochena (to bad i wasnt given any pokeballs yet -_-)
But im REALLY want a shiny Smoochum or a Shiny in V Gen.
I managed to score a Shiny Zubat in that-ice-cave-at-Four-Island-that-I-can't-remember-the-name-of in FireRed. I evolved it into a Crobat, and I transferred it to my Pearl, where it remains to this day.

Got my event shiny Hydreigon today on Black (J). Now I only need to trade with myself to transfer it to English version.
