I googled it, but only a tumblr account of appreciation towards Pokemon Creepypastas, a creepypasta called "Easter Egg: Snow at Mt.Silver", deviantart drawing link, Glitchy Red, Blue Tears appeared, and nothing bearing the title "Red at Mt. Silver"...

Do you know if it's less commonly known under one of those titles?
