PMD: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth/Gates to Infinity Discussion Thread

My personal thoughts:

AWESOME!! A GEN V MYSTERY DUNGEON GAME!!!

I thought this would never come.. I thought that Pokemon abandoned Mystery Dungeon until I heard the news about this game :D

I wonder what role would the swords of justice play?

Big news.

There's gonna be DLC.

The first is a new area called Poke Forest. The goal is to collect money without waking the sleeping Pokemon.

It's free at first, but after January, it's gonna cost 150 Yen.

Oh my, won't that be fun! 8D I always liked money-collecting mini-games for some reason. 150 yen is like $1.50, right? That's not too bad!

New trailers...

Now that there is some gorgeous animation.

Well... This was a cool surprise. I'm glad that they're making more of these trailers. I had wondered if the PV for B2W2 was a one time thing.... Guess not! XD

Definitely. It appears that Masaaki Iwane did some animation in this too, like he did for the B2W2 trailer. The Kyurem scene with Oshawott at the end of the second trailer just has to be him...

I've been waiting for generation V Mystery Dungeon so long...I don't care if I have to buy a 3DS just for this, this looks so awesome!

And those animated trailers...Epic. Mijumaru's and Blacky's voices are really cool.

The game is looking very impressive now. D8 It had better be very good to make up for only 5 starters.

In the trailer with the two children playing the game (Pokémon™ Mystery Dungeon: "Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth" JPN Promo #4 - YouTube), what do they say when they discover the Magnagate?

It's like "Hakan, Magnagate!". Does Hakan mean open or something?

The biggest question I want to ask about these new trailers is:
Pikachu's voice...Why was it chosen, besides the fact that it's a female Pikachu?

Went to look at the info on Serebii. So you can just pick what pokemon you are and also choose the gender of your partner. I now declare almost everyone will pick the opposite gender. Anyway, it's neat that dungeons accessed by AR give you random pokes to work with. It's kinda sad to see Kangaskhan get shafted and now you keep your stuff next to Kecleon. (I'm sure that's going to make me feel like he's going to take my stuff and resell it)

I believe this guy is the final boss.

I believe its name is "氷蝕体. Hyoushokutai, or Glacial Body."

Kyurem? Well, Kyurem already appeared in the anime-like trailer
