    Default Not-so-cool packaging

Does anyone know why the international versions don't have those fancy boxes the Japanese versions had? The Japanese versions had a HGSS-esque cardboard box with the normal arts of both legendaries, while the actual game case had the arts of Reshiram and Zekrom with their tails lit up. I had really looked forward to having that cool box.

I'd guess production costs; especially for the European version (As our boxes are bigger); HGSS had to have them kept due to the PokéWalker, yet there was no reason for BW to have one. Besides, the tail-lit artwork is used on our instruction booklets.

Owning the Japanese version; it's nothing special.

Thanks. But, I still think they should have them.

Their being cheap. Even though you have to pay the Nintendo Tax ($5 extra for most first party games, even years after they were released), however.
