Is there such thing as a legit Shiny Mystery Mew? I got one of another forums, and it looks completely legit (practically UT, just gained 100 and somethin' exp.). I've read that a lot of people say that there is such thing and it's very rare.....

As far as I know, the only Mews that can be shiny are the Emerald ones and the Hayley Mew. You might want to double check on that, but when in doubt, it's hacked.

at least in 10 aniv distrubution (i didnt attend, but i hear) it was machine distributed.. but checks for shiny pid.. so the only way to get shiny if its: shiny 1/8192, machine recalculates, and its shiny again and u get it

(Btw I'm the one in the conversation with Troggy and attended the Mystry Mew event. At least where I was at, the employees had a 3rd gen cartridge with boxes of pink pre-made Mew. We just got whatever was traded).

I can hack check through legal.exe if anyone needs help. Legendaries are the easiest to check; provide accurate IVs and nature, or get it legal.exe checked.

The lv.5 OT:NYC Mews I've seen floating around on GTS lately are fakes, right?
I don't have one myself, so I can't provide anymore info.

Legal exe is a computer program.... It checks hidden values, like IVs, SID, PID, Trash Bytes, etc. It is more extensive than a surface check (checking its moves, location, ball, stats, level, ot, etc, which are details you should always post in here so someone can help spot bad hacks like Route 210 Palkia or OT ABC Deoxys).

I'm not sure legel.exe been updated yet to account for that event. Even a legit one will show up as hacked if it hasn't been updated yet.
