OT:japanese name, but id number is 00000 (this is what throws me off)

I'd say it's hacked. Some popular Action Replay codes can change the ID number to 00000, and you'd have to be extremely lucky to even get an ID number like that anyway. You're either in possession of an awesome Pokémon from an awesomely lucky trainer, or a hacked Pokémon. I know which one I think it is.

yea your probably right..thanks. i was just kinda confused cause ive seen ones that say met at ... at level 100 - hacked. but this one kinda threw me off since it was actually an egg hatch, can you explain how thats possible if you can? was it a normal pokemon when hatched then hacked for shiny/id number or something?

I'd guess it was some kind of Shiny Egg code that ended up changing the ID. Hatching shiny Pokémon with AR codes in Black and White is more difficult than in previous games.

Im not sure. This could be kinda iffy because its shiny. Shiny Manaphy is possible, but very difficult to obtain because the egg can only hatch shiny on a game that is not the game it is first recieved on from Ranger. Im gonna say its possibly hacked, though could be legit.

Yes, the Movie Arceus knows that move legitimately. These Arceus are at Lv 100, in a Cherish Ball and have a Classic Ribbon. They have the moves: Judgement, Roar of Time, Spacial Rend and Shadow Force. Its OT should be Michina, TRU or えいがかん( if Japanese) This is all info a Movie Arceus should have. It might also be holding a Rowap berry.

Oh man, this is exactly what I needed. I got a shiny Snorunt over the GTS in Platinum that I've since evolved into a Froslass and transferred over to White; she's been an awesome fighter, and she works fine on both PBR and Random Matchup, but I'm still wondering if she's hacked.

Pokemon Species: Snorunt -> Froslass
Nickname: Japanese... doesn't match the Japanese for Snorunt or Froslass, though, and it didn't change when she evolved, so definitely a nickname.
Ribbons: None
Ball: Premier Ball
Area encountered: That has been lost since I transferred her to White... however, I do remember it was normal for Snorunt in Platinum.
Level encountered: See above. She's level 50 now.
OT: More Japanese... and apparently a male Trainer. ID is 39351.
Moves: I've changed them, but they were all moves Snorunt learned by level up.
Stats: Right now... 136/95/83/90/81/132. Forget what they were originally.

I'll try to get some pics later. Especially if anyone can translate the nickname.

I shouldn't think so, and "Milfie" is a rough guess of what it could be. It's most likely just a cute nickname someone had for their snorunt before they traded it away or something.

I'm not a hack checker, I'm just here getting a pokemon hack checked as well. I just knew a little Japanese to help out with naming shenanigans. =)
