Memory Link Feature

Sadly, they can't as far as I've tested. I tried to view one of them (the one you can get as early as Aspertia City) more than once and it didn't work.

Huh. Weird.

I talked to the Black Empoleon guy today.

He mentioned the previous char by name and stated I beat him on a one-on-one problem.

One problem with this: I never fought the Black Empoleons. That was literally the first time I met one of them.

Did my character battle them offscreen? Well, he gave back the Prop case, so I'm not surprised...

We all know Game Freak didn't plan the sequels from the start. The only thing Memory Link seems to take other than the Prop Case is the character's name and what starter they had. Game Freak probably assumes you've done everything you were supposed to.

When do you guys is a good place in the game(s) to use the link?

That's how it works? Pardon my idiocy. I haven't used it and I'm scared of doing something wrong to the game.

Saw the last of the memories last night. Loved them all; they really shown the after-effect Team Plasma had following BW. My favourite one had to be Brycen's, with Marshal and Alder.
