I noticed that more pokemon can dodge attacks while playing through the game...
Is this the case for anyone else or is it just me?

I'm pretty sure the "[Pokemon] evaded the attack!" has replaced the typical message about the move missing.
No, I mean pokemon are evading more -_-'
As in, 100% accuracy moves are "missing" more often.
You sure you weren't Sand-Attacked, Telekinesed, Night Dazed, or Mud-Slapped?
Or the foe didn't use Minimize (which now doubles evasion! D8<), or Double Team?
Or that they weren't holding Bright Powder?
OR that your Pokemon has Hustle?
Those are the only reasons off the top of my head as to why a 100-accuracy move would miss. D:
Signature is a WIP for the moment.
For now, I have claimed: Mewtwo, Member's Card, Wide Lens, Honey Gather, and Psystrike.
None of those. I was facing wild pokemon to grind my solosis up a bit and all i kept seeing was "____ evaded the attack" or whatever the message is.
Even in trainer battles, my moves will keep missing for no reason.
I've had stupid shit happen, like Waterfall and Surf missing, but Draco Meteor hit's EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Oh well.
Oh sorry. lol, didn't know that's what you meant.
I've never seen a 100% accuracy move miss before...maybe a glitch or something?
100% accuracy moves technically have 99.7% or some shit. It is very possible for them to miss, even if it is rare.
I've had attacks with 90% accuracy miss often though. In fact, Fire Blast has hit more often than some 90% attacks for me. I used a Chandelure in White version and Fire Blast seldom missed its mark.
When you find yourself in hell, dance with the devil.

Something I've noticed about Draco meteor lately. Especially in Pt, for a move with an accuracy of 90, I believe, when I would use it, it would miss a lot more than usual than it did in SS.
Sorry if that has nothing to do with BW. It's just what came to mind.

To answer the question: I haven't noticed at all.
Here's what I do. I always make sure I'm aware of the attacks accuracy (even if it's only 95). And I tell myself "Okay, this move has a (possible) chance of missing" to prepare myself if it does.

That's luck for ya. Right when you need it the most, it just decides to give the player a great big "screw you" and make every single attack miss. It's just like running into a wild Pokemon literally one step before the end of a cave, or having a trainer look in your direction at the last second, or having each and every single one of your Poke Balls fail to catch a single Pokemon.
In short? This happens in every Pokemon game. You're just having really bad luck.

Everyone knows the computer cheats at these sorts of things.
Or maybe it's just one of those things that you notice more, even if it actually only happens at the normal rate.
I haven't really noticed in upswing in missing/evading.

No, I've noticed that more attacks are missing for both sides. I think they tweaked the accuracy mechanics by quite a bit.In short? This happens in every Pokemon game. You're just having really bad luck.
Pokemon Black and White. Its Pokemon . . . IN AMERICA!

With no disrespect intended, how exactly would it be possible to tweak the accuracy mechanics? I always thought they just used a random number generator of some other luck-based system like that to determine whether or not an attack hit.
