No it wouldn't, because Darkrai's an Event Legendary.

If Cresselia is in, I feel that Darkrai has to be, as well. I hope so, since Darkrai is one of the few legendaries I actually like! :)

Cresselia and Darkrai are counterparts to each other...but I guess they can't just ignore Darkrai's status as an event legendary. Oh well.

You can battle Cresselia (level 68) on Marvelous Bridge after obtaining the Lunar Wing at the Stranger House.

I am pleased to see some older Sinnoh legendaries get some attention such as Cresselia and the lake trio, it may make me reconsider trasnfering my shiny Uxie, Azelf and Mesprit to B2/W2. I can keep those in Diamond now.

Black Kyurem will know Fusion Bolt, Freeze Shock, Dragon Pulse and Imprison. It is caught at level 70.

Presumably White Kyurem will know Fusion Flare.

Latios also confirmed for Dreamyard indicating potential version exclusivity. Latios is confirmed for Black 2.

So is Cresselia stationary?

I'd prefer if it if none of them roam this time. It was odd in the first place to treat it differently (mind you I also found the special treatment of Suicune odd in Crystal, why did they pick that one out of the 3 anyway?)

Disappointed that Kyurem physically merges with a dragon. That wasn't the best move for kids to see a Pokemon get used as armor like that...

You must be joking, I'm pretty sure that after Dragon Ball Z kids know what fusion is. Its not as barbaric as you think it is, all Reshiram/Zekrom were to begin with were physical manifestations of energy, with Kyurem acting as the form that holds said energy. Kyurem is also not "wearing" them, but actually holding them inside.

Besides, we all saw something similar over 10 years ago in the anime with Shellder and Slowpoke.
