how to decrease EV??

hi everyone

im new to pokemon game, i just learnt about EVs training, and i have a newbie question, can i reduce a EV of a pokemon?
i trained a wrong stat and decide to change its EV, i heard that there is a berry for decrease EV

Yes, there are berrys that redyce evs, but for whatever readob, they are not avalable in black or white without hacking yet, you can find them in everything from Emreld on.
