Yeah, I used my Master Ball in White and HeartGold.
White against Zekrom. I just wanted to catch him right away.
Same with Ho-oh in HeartGold. Okay, I DID weaken it significantly, and I did use some Ultra Balls at first, but I just decided to use the Master Ball and "be done with it".
I'm aware that using it against a roaming Legendary might have been a better idea, but eh. Tbh I don't really care about catching the other Legendaries; they'd just go straight to my PC Box, anyway.
There are people who don't use their Master Balls?
In other words, yes. Yes I do.
I used to used them on the box legendaries, but I switched to using them only for roamers after being annoyed a lot with them constantly running and it taking too long to catch them and very hard to weaken enough to capture them. Now they are saved strictly for roamers or shinies that I dont want to risk battling/or which will self destruct/run. If there are none of those, the Master Ball is not used at all.
I always save them. I feel dirty catching legendaries. Feels like owning a Humpback whale, just shouldn't be. But when I see one I make a game of it and try to catch only using pokeballs. If I run out then no Legendary.
I always use them. Most likely on ledgendarys, but still.
I use them to catch fleeing Pokemon. However, when there are more than one in each game, it tends to be hard...
St. Patrick's Day Greenstoise Special!
No I don't use them they just sit in my bag collecting dust for ages. I just feel like it takes away from the challenge of catching Legendaries and other Pokémon which is no fun.

I actually used my first Masterball when fighting Reshiram. Maybe it was for how notable that was for me.
Let's just say I was in for a shocker when I realized that my friends used normal and Quickballs.
I always try to save mine for when I really need it, such as on one of the regional roaming legendaries or as a last resort for whatever reason. There are times when I end up not using it, though.
I never use them. I always think there will be another, better opportunity to use it. I think the last time I used a Master Ball was either Platinum or Pearl, when I was 8-ish. But now I'm much more....strategic-ish in Pokemon in how I catch Pokemon.
I used to never use them, but then I grew bored of chucking random Poké Balls at Legendaries and hoping to catch them; now I just speed play through any extra game, get the Master Ball, and send it over.
