It's like the poor leveling of the Johto games without a full-fledged second region to compensate for it. What are they thinking?
I'm not surprised about the low levels. Black & White were insultingly easy, and I didn't expect the sequels to be much tougher.

I'm sorry; I didn't mean to insinuate anything about there being a second region. Black and White also had slightly lower leveled Gym Leaders than usual too, without a valid reason for it. Maybe they're just really trying to make this more accessible for the younger crowd.Quote:
