What do you guys think the future games will be called. Could it still be colors? Maybe they might call it something like Raspberry and Cherry Version. Any ideas?

And that is what they'll name it. :P
Quartz & Topaz
Moon & Sun
Light & Dark
These are some of my crappy ideas
Rose and Violet (These two flowers often complement each other, but I don't know.)
Star and Sky
Tint and Shade
Pokémon Benzene and Pokémon Quicksilver (with poison and steel type legendaries on the cover)
Pokemon Bronze and Pokemon Tin?
I had 4 ideas of a new pair of Pokemon game names. One was Pokemon SummerRain and Pokemon WinterSun version. We don't always need colors or minerals/gems. 8U My other idea was more "traditional", though: Pokemon VioletPetal and Pokemon RoseThorn. Yeah. The latter were made up when I was 13, so they sound a little cheesy.
I think that they'll probably make some that are metal, or mineral named. They already made Crystal and Platinum, so it seems that they're fine with doing that. They might also name them after types? Pokemon Water? Maybe not on the type part, but I'm pretty sure that they're going to make some more mineral and metal named games.
Pokémon Black 3 and Pokémon White 3
More seriously, probably they'll choose on a different theme, not colors. There are still plenty of minerals with specific imagery, which can work pretty well. And then they could always go to other things like they already did with Fire Red and Leaf Green, or even abstract concepts like with Heart Gold and Soul Silver, dropping the color part.
I don't think that they're going back to colors, but it they do then there's always Orange and Purple which they haven't used yet.

Also, they haven't yet used Jade (as in, the bootleg game) or a number of other minerals. It seems that they're going in a different direction than minerals though, now with Black and White and everything.
As a matter of fact, I really have no idea what direction they'll go in next, unless they revisit minerals or metals. I'd personally not mind them ditching the 2 versions altogether and have just 1 game per generation, which would entirely change the naming scheme because they'll no longer have to look for compliments. Not that that'll happen though...
Pokémon Uranium and Pokémon Plutonium
If they don't decide to keep making direct sequels to the primary pair and want to go back to one third version, I could totally see Amethyst, Citrine, and Ametrine Versions.
Ametrine is amethyst and citrine together in a sort of gradient jewel.
I would love for them to go back to gems. For some reason, I'd really like a Pokémon Obsidian.
It seems they'll just keep taking names from the current categories they've already been using: minerals, gems and colors. Anything within those categories, really. It's very hard to predict.
I could see a pokemon Good and Pokemon Evil. Or light and dark. The difference between these would be in evil, aside from battling the gyms and pokemon league, you were also the leader/admin of the villainous team, whereas in good or light you combatted this team.
