Thread: Embarrassing things you did in B&W

You know what I'm talking about: doing stuff that even a fresh Pokemon gamer won't do.

For me, I named my Oshawott Otto without realising it's a Female.
Don't worry, I changed it's name as soon as I got to Castelia City.

I think the highlight my stupid was probly when I found a Tynamo. It was the 3rd thing I ran into in the cave and I'd been waiting since the art came out to get one... and what did I do?

I got all excited and just hit buttons while thinking "Oh, this is SO great!!! Yeah!" and one-hit it...

Soon after I realized the extremely low appearance rate of them... lol

Well, when I went to Liberty Island to get Victini, I didn't realise there would be Team Plasma, and I was completely unprepared -.-

You could say just chucking my master ball at Volcarona because I didn't want to deal with it was kinda stupid...

I didn't save before deciding to chuck like 40 balls at Victini, only to have it break out of all of them ._. I couldn't reset since i hadn't saved for a while. And when i was about to do it (attempt to catch Victini), i was telling myself it was a bad idea.

Damn that little furry rat. It's as bad as the legendary bird trio in terms of catching >.>;;

Victini resets if you defeat him or run. You just have to leave the room and walk straight back in. He gives about 500 experience each time, too, so many people use him to grind EXP.

I made it all the way down to Volcorona, before realising I had like, 3 Ultra Balls with me, and not many of anything else. So i reset and left. Its Lv. 70 anyway, so its too much for my team to handle without either KOing it, or getting KOd.

I one hit KO'd Volcarona with a Krookodile. No, i didn't use Ground type moves, I USED A GRASS MOVE.

It couldn't figure out how to cross the quick-sand at all. And when the plot guided me there, I spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out before discovering that I can just walk.

I tossed ten poke balls at a Venipede before realizing I was in a trainer battle... .____.

Does it not tell you that " you can't capture another trainer's Pokèmon"? or something to that effect? The previous games did...

Same here. I couldn't figure out how to get to the other side and when I figured it out, I felt like an idiot.

Hahaha no, I was half asleep and didn't even notice... XD

Using hi jump kick on Brycen's Beartic only to have it miss & then have Scrafty die to brine >.< I could of used low sweep, but no, I had to go for overkill @_@

Beat a wild Metang near-faint, paralyze it, and then... run away for you life.
