Thread: Easiest Legendary Captures?

Reshiram with a Quick Ball and a Dusk Ball. It only took two tries, and I bought 100 Ultra Balls just for him... :(

Lugia with 4 Heavy Balls. But I don't really mind because I had a hard fight against Lugia anyways.

Cobalion. I only chipped a way a very small portion of it's health. It was my second or third pokeball after a quickball failed.

Thundurus, half health from a previous encounter and the first pokeball I lobbed at it after I didn't want to accidentally KO it. I wasn't expecting it to be caught so easily.

I managed to catch Terrakion on the first try with a Dusk Ball.

Terrakion and Kyurem: Walked in, threw Quick Ball, walked out.

quick ball in the first turn for Zekrom, that stupid dragon didn´t let me hear the music.

Palkia in Pearl. I caught him in a single Dusk Ball after taking him down to the yellow and hitting him with a Stun Spore. Making it even more epic was the fact that said Palkia was shiny. :D

Palkia, only used 2 ultra balls.

Entei in Colosseum. I was doing the glitch thing for infinite balls but I messed up so i decided to just throw a regular Pokeball at it and I got him :D

Reshiram with a Quick Ball and Dusk Ball

I caught an almost max HP Ho-oh with a Poke Ball back in Gold.

It was a nice day.

Reshiram and Zekrom only took 1 or 2 Ultra Balls each. For the others I don't remember. I once got a Zapdos using a regular Poké Ball, I think.

I got Zekrom in a single Quick Ball at the start of the battle. Not a scratch on my Samurott :)
Terrakion also only took about 3 Dusk Balls, I think.

Zekrom. Full health, turn one Ultra Ball.
...Though I don't think he totally counts, since his and Resh's catch rates are intentionally higher. (Dialga and Palkia's too)

That said, I also caught Lugia (catch rate 3) last week on the first ball (Dusk Ball, maybe 7 turns, 3 Pokémon fainted in the fight. Much faster than normal for me)

Pokémon White. Thundurus. One Ultra Ball.

Though its cousin in Pokémon Black was a hardass to catch >:T

Also, Moltres. I usually find Moltres the easiest of the three (birds) to catch for some reason. (I caught a Moltres in LeafGreen with a couple of Ultra Balls, before it settled for a Great Ball)
