There have been known to be glitches of people missing promotions though, so if it's not there for you, you'd probably have to contact support in Japanese.

You don't actually spend Dream Points. New features are unlocked as you obtain higher amounts of points.

I'm curious; are C-Gear events restricted by region? Because there's nothing in my promotions page about the recent Audino or Croagunk C-Gear skins.
But I thought the servers were language based, not region...
Yes, unfortunately Audino and Croagunk are only available if your region is set to "US" :/ Croagunk I can sorta understand because Nintendo Power is a US-only magazine, and ONM could release it here, but the Audino password was released online...Quote:

Had a great Japanese Dream World session this morning. I befriended 2 female Pokemon in the Pokemon Cafe which is still available fortunately, Burmy and Smeargle. I ended up taking the Burmy. I have 1 pokemon left to befriend there, and thats Poliwhirl, preferable female, to give to a friend of mine on another site. I hope to get that one tomorrow, if not I'll bring Smeargle back instead and try again. The Pokemon Cafe is supposed to end on August 30th I found out, fyi.
my session was "ok". Forgot that the longer your berries are sitting in the garden the less you harvest, so i only received 2 per plant :/
got some junk in my share shelf, and a new dw pal. Didn't find anything interesting in the DW so i went home with a male dratini. Found a big mushroom though :]
I also decided to change up my c-gear skin and try out that new croagunk skin and if i dont like it i'll just change it back to that pikachu pointing to the sky :P
i am now ~2K pts away from 30K pts ._.

EDIT: oh and i forgot, i now have EVERY DW pokemon available, minus most dw events (but they don't really count :P) so i don't really need to waste time running through the isle of dreams anymore...huh.
Ok I went back again today, sending Reshiram like last time, I found a female Eevee, I was looking for a Poliwhirl, I dont think this really affects anything, but Ive encountered more female Pokemon when Reshiram in in the DW then at any other time. Its very weird and lucky.

7 dive balls, star piece, chocolate sweet heart, and some vending machine drinks. Nothing really "wow" in terms of berries or pokemon though, so meh.
But all in all not a bad trip. Though am I evil for sending a darkrai to the dream world?...heeheehee >:3
How do you unlock more areas in Dream World besides the forest? Or am I stuck there forever?
