Thread: Doth thou colour-coordinate thy party? (9 9)

E.g, manga-Wally.

I do so, and it generally helps decide what to nix and what to keep in a team; for example, my primary team consists of exclusively cyan and purple pokemon, with some yellow. Whereas my secondary team is made up of red, white, and blue pokeys.

Am I alone in this rather eccentric method of making teams? (. .)

I don't primarily choose my Pokemon by color, but it is a small factor when I make teams.

I don't like having more than two Pokemon on my team with the same color.

I've never heard of it, or had the thought cross my mind. I've color coded PC boxes before, but never a team. Though I did have my Lake of Rage Gyarados end up being a female, which was cool as well as my Scizor. But those were me being okay with getting a female Pokemon. Does that count?

I have a "rainbow" team - I try to get red, yellow, blue, and green all represented.

Because if it doesn't, I feel empty inside :'(

Like Krizor, it actually kind of bugs me when I have two Pokemon on my team that are the same color. Haha.

I don't mind colors, but do feel a bit awkward when there are more than one Pokemon in the same color. Still, types matter more.

I can honestly say that color coordination of my pokemon has never crossed my mind. Definitely not something I take into account when forming a team...

I don't do it at all, I just leave them the way they are.

I usually coordinate by types, not colours, though I may want to try it now that you mentioned it, just to see what I end up getting o:

My Platinum party sorta turned out like that, now that I look at them. D:

Goukazaru (Infernape): red, white, gold, blue
Charap (Chatot): black, blue, white, green
Karanaku (Gastrodon): green, blue, yellow
Gen (Lucario): blue, black, yellow, white
Motor (Rotom): orange, blue
Mamoru (Pachirisu): white, blue

Blue seems to be a major color in my team. D: ALL of them have a sort of blue in there somewhere. Black, gold/yellow, and white also show up a lot.

It sounds like an interesting idea for a challenge, I may take it up at some point.

Speaking of color though, the color you are using is hard to see on the skin I am using, it hurts my eyes and I have to highlight it to read. :c

I've never really tried this before, but I may in the future.

I don't pick my teams by color, but I chose Yes on the poll because my current wi-fi team is all Blue of Purple
