Name: Statcheroo

Description: Changes HP stat, with ATK, ATK with DEF, DEF with S.ATK, S.ATK with S.DEF, S.DEF with SPD and SPD with HP.
...What? I MAY have though of a kill em all Blissey, but...There is lot more Pokes it would work with.
If you didn't understand this description correstly, here are Blisseys base stats and what they would change into:
HP: 255 -> 55
ATK: 10 -> 255
DEF: 10 -> 10
S.ATK: 75 -> 10
S.DEF: 135 -> 75
SPD: 55 -> 135
It sure gets an helluva update, but get's OHKO'd easily with physical hits.

Name: Flare Tail
Type: Fire / Physical
Power: 95
Accuracy: 95
Description: Just like Aqua tail, but fire type.
...I just feel sorry for the poor Flareon... D:

Type: Dark / Physical
Power: 25 / 50 / 100
Accuracy: 100
Description: If the target's type is strong against the users type, this moves power doubles. (for example: You; Dark - Enemy; Bug)
If you are in better position, the power halves.
(Example: You: Dark, Enemy: Psychic)

Name: Hi Growth
Type: Grass / Special
Power: 150
Accuracy: 100
Description: Grass version of Water spout and eruption.

Name: Frosty feet
Type: Ice

Accuracy: 90
Description: Freezes the targets feets one the ground, making it unable to flee or switch.

Constricting Poison
A move for Ekans/Arbok/and Serperior
Type: Poison Phyiscal
Power: 80
Accuracy: 80%
Description: The user wraps around the target and sinks it's poisonious fangs into the target.

Shield Bash
A special move for Shieldon and Bastidon
Type: Steel Physical
Power: 120
Accuracy: 60%
Description: The user charges blinded at the target with a heavy object. May cause flinching.

Assassinate
Dark-type pokemon only
Type: Dark Physical
Power: 200
Accuracy: 40%
Description: The user disappears in the shadows then reappears next turn behind the opponet and attacks. Lowers target special defence and defence

Frozen Chain or Ice Chain
Cryogonal's Signature Move

Effect: 40% Chance to Freeze
Description: Cryogonal catches the foe with its Icy Chains and freezes them!
Animation: a background similar to icy wind's, then an animation similar to Iron Tail's but light blue, then ice appears on the enemy.

Roast - Tepig Line

Accuracy: 85
Effect: Burns target every time.
Description: The user belches a fiery blast that completely burns it's target.

Dishonor - Pawniard Line; Dewott and Samurott

Effect: The user lowers the target's Atk, Def, Speed, and Accuracy.
Description: The user scolds it's victim, strips them of their dignity, and hinders their power.

Stare Down - Patrat Line; Masquerain; Arbok; Snivy line

Effect: The target's Evasiveness is lowered greatly and is vulnerable to flinching, regardless of ability.
Description: The user stares down it's target with large eyes, keeping close watch and making the target nervous.

Stare Down - i think Serperior should also learn it, it is known for stoping enemies with a fierce glare BTW
