Default Codebreakers unite! (Abyssal Ruins codebreaking)

Alright, I'm sure everyone who's been to the ruins has wtf'd at the codes written on the mysterious pillars. ITT, I want to break this bloody code.

I'm pretty sure that this is a formal single-alphabet substitution. However, based on the frequencies of each character from one floor to the next, I'm certain that all 4 floors use different ciphers. Also of note is that the first pillar you see at all 4 entrances of 1F all say the same thing.

Each letter indicates a different pillar, and each line corresponds to each particular line on those pillars.

    1F

    2F

    3F

    4F

A web site I found fairly useful:

    Happy codebreaking!

    a 1 2 3 4 5 1 6 7 8 9
    4 10 7 11 10 1 8 12

    b 13 10 14 3 10 4 10 2 15 11 12
    1 11 16 8 3 17

    c 11 18 4 12 13 10 8 5 1 10 19 15 6 7 8 9

    d 11 17 4 13 1 11 1 4 12 3 11 18 11 7
    6 7 8 9

    e 11 18 15 3 20 1 8 6 7 8 9

    f 2 11 3 10 15 13 10 13 6 14 4 21 6 7 8 9

    g 10 1 4 12 1 10 11 6 6 7 8 9 4 7

    First column sequential look
    or:

    a 1 2 3 4 5 1 6 7 8 9
    4 10 7 11 10 1 8 12

    b 13 10 14 3 10 4 10 2 15 11 12
    1 11 16 8 3 17

    c 11 18 4 12 13 10 8 5 1 10 19 15 6 7 8 9

    d 11 17 4 13 1 11 1 4 12 3 11 18 11 7
    6 7 8 9

    e 11 18 15 3 20 1 8 6 7 8 9

    f 2 11 3 10 15 13 10 13 6 14 4 21 6 7 8 9

    g 10 1 4 12 1 10 11 6 6 7 8 9 4 7

If you look at all those that go in order

    a 1
    4 10 7
    1 8 12

    b 13 10 14 3 10 4 10 2 15
    1 11 16 8 3 17

    c 11 18 4
    10 8 5 1 10 19 15

    d 11 17 4 13 1 11 1 4 12 3 11 18 11 7

    e 11 18 15 3 20 1 8

    f 2 11 3 10 15 13 10 13 6 14 4 21

    g 10 1 4 12 1
    6
    4 7

If numericals are taken out you get this

yeah, well what if we would wish to try to figure it out ourselves? This could be a thread for community decoding for the sake of decoding. let us have our fun.

As Ryuu indicates, there is a thread for this in the B&W section of the forum. There's no real need to have two threads for the same thing, so this can be discussed there.
