I love Homika's design! I wish I could use her as an avatar. She looks so badass!

I like Shizui. He at least looks water-y unlike Wallace, Juan and Cress [imo]. The tan line isn't a big deal to me. And his hair is funky-looking.

I'm not a fan of Poison-types in general (barring one or two) so Homika is just "meh". I like the band theme, though. I wonder if she'll be in Castelia, because that seems the best place for a band to play (in a busy city), rather a small little village where not many people will hear them, but the locals will just complain.

Hopefully we get to battle the rest of the band xD

I'm curious if there will be difference fif U choose Snivy, tepig or Oshawott? Will there be 3 different gym depending on the starter U choose!? It's unlikely but who knows? This is full of surprises!

Edit: In the anime preview thread to Poison girl's appearing there were zoomed 2 little pics from CoroCoro! And Poison girl has 2 Pokemons! So she could be the 1 or 2 gym leader to beat!

love the new gym leaders. They are much better than the BW ones so far.

and Poison GL is really cool and finally GF decided to make another Poison specialist, we hadn't had one of those since GSC. Hopefully there's also a Dark-type GL.

The poison leader is interesting, lol, and Im wondering about her personality. The water leader i dont really know yet, I guess he's ok, but since not much is known about him I dont have that much an opinion on him yet.

Meh. I guess the poison-guitar one is decent (except the hair -_-) , but the other one is just boring. I don't particularly like any of the character designs, even the new female pc isn't that great in my opinion. (but that's just critical little meee!!) I liked the old leaders better. I sure am going to miss those Striaton Triplets, but maybe the Shadow Triad's true identities will be revealed as the triplets! (ST for both initials, the triplets were missing at N's castle, there's 3 of them...) They can ditch Brycen though, but I guess he'd have to be around to see all the ice. Lenora can go too. And Burgh. Just keep the triplets, Iris and Elesa!!

Nah, Lenora will probably stay, the museum was important story-wise and may still be.
Iris will probably assume as the full-time leader of the 8th gym.

The trio is probably gone now that we have a Water Gym Leader.

Hardly. We have Seismitoad, Jellicent, and Alomomola. Then Basculin, which is retarded, the water starter, and the water monkey. Compare that to 3rd gen, where there are a HUGE number of water pokemon and all of them are at least interesting.

But on the bright side, Psyduck, Lapras, and Vaporeon are guaranteed to return from the photos, as well as (i assume) Tentacool, Magikarp, and Goldeen. Additionally, Feebas is highly likely to return, and this is going out on a limb, but Poliwag might be in the game due to the whole Drizzle thing.

He reminds me of one of those Dolphin/Killer Whale trainers at Sea World, so I think it'd be cool if he used Wailmer or Wailord.

I think we'll just get one new gym leader, replacing brycen since Icirrus "looks" frozen (i don't say it's actually frozen). And maybe another new, replacing Clay or Burgh. The other lands, who look actually frozen will be under Plasma's control. We'll have to save them battling Plasma's leader.

Burgh won't leave. If he do leave, is to become one of the Elite Four.

Mostly neutral with Shizui; those untanned parts just look weird. He should be fully dark-skinned.

As for Homika...hoo boy, she is awesome. I don't even like Poison-types but Homika is a totes rad punk rocker with a Scolipede guitar (or is that a bass?). Makes me want to go out and get a Scolipede of my own to rock out with.
