I didn't mean it as any offense, I just wondering if in someone's opinion on this board if it would contain that information.
But the reason I ask this question is that basically in Japan the Walkthrough and Pokedex guide were released on the same date November 20th. Since the The Pokémon Company International took over licensing for the games, since Diamond and Pearl the guides have basically been translated versions of the Japanese guides made by Media Factory for example here is the cover for the Japanese and English version of Black and White Walkthrough guide. Basically the same cover. But while they had both guides released on the same date in Japan we have to wait a month in between for the Pokedex version here.
I wish they would release these guides in one volume...

They seem to be releasing a lot of collectors editions of guides lately. I still haven't fully decided how I feel about them, but who am I kidding? I'll totally shell out the cash for it. Hahaha.

And a release date of April 25th,2011. My Birthday of all days.
That's not too bad. The wait for the D/P and HG/SS second editions was about the same.

I am thoroughly confused when it comes to these guides.
Does the Collectors Edition contain all the info you need to know, like the Main game and Post-game information, a full Pokedex, and full lists of attacks, etc?
If that’s the case, then the Collector’s Edition is just Volume 1 and 2 put together, right?
Been gone for a long while. I might be back....
Blops2, lot's and lot's of Blops2
Finally got my shiny Axew
I pre-ordered both of the games and the Collector's Edition 2 months ago :)
I usually have the guides just to have maps of the region so I can just look, not for help on the game itself.
With the second guide and its contents announced, I still haven't changed my mind. I'm not going to buy one guide for the price of two if the information can be easily found online. Sure, I'd like the art and in-game maps, but I'm not willing to spend $40+ for it.
In any case, I'm willing to bet the third version's guide will be like Platinum's--one thick volume for a fair $20 price tag--and I'm perfectly fine with waiting for that one.
