hmm are you sure it wasn't a move you used? or an item you have equipped? it just seems bizarre its only happening against a specific pokemon that doesn't have the rough skin ability

i hit him with waterfall and my swampert was holding a razor claw. it only happens with Physical Moves not the Specials.

I never noticed it, but yeah, aside from one or two instances, every HM is optional.

Agreed. This was the first Pokemon title I didn't need an HM-only Poke. It was nice. That one instance with Strength is tricky if you didn't pick it up though. Picking up the HM is optional until you have to use it :)

Are you sure it was Iwaparesu? The descriptions you were making sounds like you were fighting Tesshido or Nattorei.

he is a squish bug under a a rock.

looks kinda like parasect without the zombie mushroom but with a rock instead.

this rugged helmet does quite a bit of damage, My swampert had 162hp after 2 hits it had almost a 100hp left.

Is there some sort of happiness checker in the game? I want to know how happy my Koromori is cause she evolves with happiness. Is happiness relatively the same in Gen V?

I found it really easy to evolve my lv.12 Koromori. Soothe Bell + 1 haircut + Battle the GameFreak guy (making sure Koromori was in every battle to get EXP) = evolution.

so is it possible to get unlimited exp. shares from the guy \(The fan Club Guy) who looks at the level of your pokemon, and when you return to show him it again gives you a Exp.Share or cleanse tag, or Kings rock depending on how many levels it has gained

Edit: I need help, i've some how lost an item. The item is my rugged helm , i remember in the main story getting it in the freezer storage i never threw it away. so i was looking through my inventory and it wasn't there , and i checked my pc for a pokemon holding an item and no rugged helmet. is there a cap on the amount of items in the bag and then it auto sends the items to the PC cause i'm really confused as to what happened to it

Is there any way to evolve Magnezone, Nosepass, or Eevee (to Glaceon or Leafeon? I think you can do it with Eevee because I saw a mossy rock back in Yaguruma Forest.

To be exact:
Magnezone and Probopass = Electric Rock Cave.
Leafeon = Yaguruma Forest.
Glaceon = Ridge Basement.

3) Deoxys = Shippou City Museum - Meteorite.
Rotom = Route 9 Department Store. Extra room full of boxes - talk to the boxes.
Giratina = After the Elite 4, you get given the Griseous Orb by the Dark Trinity on Route 16's Bridge.
Shaymin = Kagome Town Pokémon Centre.

A little off topic, but I think this should be added to the Faq in the first post.

Does the Live Caster still work even if you don't have a DSi or it's successors?

The manual says, Yes, but the players without a DSi can only transmit voice, though still recieve video from the players with DSis.
