You were probably just a little early. The promotion appeared in different regions based on their time zones. It should show up by now.

HP stands for Hidden Power, as in the move.

Ice means what type the move hidden power is with respect to the pokemon that knows it.

It appears that your Eeveelution was not saved after you completed the game.

I would try a couple times more to make sure, but that's probably what happened.

I know I was logged in, and I had tried several times to finally get the one I wanted...

I won umbreon from the eveelution game,but when I log in,it says I don't qualify for it.After that,I contacted pokemon support.If they can't find the problem,maybe you guys can help?I feel like putting an ax though the pokemon GL website.

With this going around,it's likely GL hasn't finished the event!

Boy, I'm glad I did the game twice, then. The Flareon I was suppose to recieve didn't save for my White, but luckily the Umbreon I won for my Black did save.
