...Really? Because I got it from a legitimate store (EB games), it wasn't bootleg or anything.
After getting a pokemon from the GTS to get a Master Ball to use on Mesprit on my Diamond, they game froze a couple times. I panicked because it had never done that before, it's a legit game bought from Target with my DS LIte, so i thought i had to be that GTS Pokemon. I released it and havent encountered the problem since. There wasnt anything abnormal about the Pokemon as far as I could tell. It was a japanese Empoleon everything seemed legit about it.
Signature is a WIP for the moment.
For now, I have claimed: Mewtwo, Member's Card, Wide Lens, Honey Gather, and Psystrike.
Ok, ok guys look. You missed a vital statement. I got this on release date, therefore it could not have been second hand. I was waiting outside the store for it to open.
Yes I know. I doubted anyone would believe me, but it is true. To be honest, I sold it after spending 2 hours trying to get a Plusle in the trophy garden (yes he did say there was one in there), and after failing at it, finding out Platinum was on the way (the Plusle thing resulted in the brutal destruction of my Nintendo Wi-Fi, after I failed to be able to connect 50 times in order to trade for one).
But yes, I swear to the cartridge thing. Aside from what I described earlier, there were no other abnormalities, if that helps.
Note that Mimic can be taught to most Pokémon through the Gen. III tutors, though only once each. Also note that Smeargle can learn Rage and any three moves you might want a Pokémon to learn. Therefore, the glitch is incredibly useful at letting several Pokémon get amazing movesets they couldn't otherwise.
eh nothing much... but my platinum sometimes forgets it has save data then turnoff and back on oh wait i do have save data!
if im in the underground running and someone comes in ooo look it froze!
Its the little things that makes life worth living. take a ds card for example.
