Re: Why doesn't the world end when Arceus uses Judgment?
Same reason why Roar of Time doesn't break time itself.
Re: Why doesn't the world end when Arceus uses Judgment?
because it is Pokemon logic and therefore it'll never make sense unless they creators do something about it
Re: Why doesn't the world end when Arceus uses Judgment?
I always thought the attack's effects only applied to the target. Arceus, being a "god Pokémon", can surely control his own powers, right? He's supposed to be benevolent, and destroying the world because of just one 'mortal' does not fit the description.
Re: Why doesn't the world end when Arceus uses Judgment?
I have thought of the perfect song to go along with this thread: it's the end of the world as we know it and i feel fine.:ksmile:
i forgot the name of the song
Re: Why doesn't the world end when Arceus uses Judgment?
Because if that was so, then the game will freeze up when you use Judgement.
Re: Why doesn't the world end when Arceus uses Judgment?
Why do parents allow children to go out unsupervised and raise monsters as pets? Why does the economy run on a single sport? Where is the law enforcement? How come my Marowak mother is perfectly fine and healthy? How does Flareon not burn anything around it? Etc., etc., etc.
It's Pokémon. Nothing makes sense.

Agreed, but you say that like it's a bad thing. Life would be dull without nonsense. (although too much nonsense wouldn't be good, either...I guess)
Re: Why doesn't the world end when Arceus uses Judgment?
Because Arceus is obviously holding back on Judgement's true power or he's a phony and not the true creator of the Pokémon World leading me to believe the true creator is none other than the creator who created Arceus you do the math : )

Could this relate to Arceus being the ultimate "god" pokemon? If so, then Judgment could end the world if Arceus wants?
Conquest isn't exactly canon material...
