From the girls, I would choose Gardenia or Candice. Both are very energetic, and I wouldn't ever be bored when I'm with them.
From the boys, I would choose N, Steven, or Riley. I would feel pretty "luxury" around them XD
It's a video game. You cannot date video game characters, no matter how hard you try. So let's pretend that I, too, was a video game character. First off, I would be married to SCIENCE!, which would limit my dating options. Now, in case I wasn't married to science, I would go for, I dunno, depends on which game. If I'm 10 in DPP, Dawn. Or maybe Maylene or Candice. I don't know. RBY? None. Same for GSC. And in Hoenn, probably May or something. Or Flannery. In Unova, no one. Except maybe that psychic person in the E4.

I'm inclined not to answer any of the PCs because they have no defined personality, and I choose people based on who they are (if you've seen my earlier post here, you'll definitely think I'm sick and twisted now. Although in many ways I am.)
If I had to go with a PC, I guess it would be Hilbert. But that's never a real choice to me, he can be whoever you want him to be.
