Thread: Who designs the Pokemon and moves?

Can fans make suggestions? I have a few ideas, and please share your if you want.

I don't know if they take fan concepts and pokemon, I think there is one pokemon that was fan made (It might be Spinarak, but I really don't think I'm right) but if they did take fan made ideas then there would plenty of requests for them to use fan pokemon and I just don't see that happening.

They can't take fan requests because there's too many things that could go wrong.

The actual process seems to be that the head honchos decide how many of each type there'll be, and then they have a group of people make a certain amount of mons with that type.
