Thread: What's Your Favorite Town/City?

Lavender Town. Besides the marowak/ghost incident there, it's quiet and peaceful. Frankly, I've spend most of my life around cemeteries, and I've learned to respect and appreciate them.

So, Pre-radio Lavender Town.

I like Solaceon Town for that whole country/western vibe it gives. It's a nice change.

Pastoria City

Does the Hoenn Battle Frontier count?

If not, then its Slateport City for its awesome music and general awesomeness.

Petalburg City

Pacifidlog - cute, interesting and unique. I would actually love to stay in a place like that.

My runner ups would be Kagome Town, Rustboro City, Snowpoint City and Floaroma Town.

Cool! Here's my top 10, and why I like them.

#1:Ecruteak City.
Why: First of all, the dance theater and the Kimono girls. I just love the dance they did at the end of Soulsilver. Then the two towers are cool to explore, but my favorite reason is, it always looks like autumn there! It's gorgeous.

#2:Goldenrod City.
Why: It has so much to do! There's the radio station, my favorite part, and the team rocket mission you do inside of it. Then there's the GTS, and Whitney's gym. Then the underground tunnel is fun, getting your picture taken there. Then the department store and the magnet train.

#3:Hearthome City.
Why: I can do contests! I love doing contests. Then I can walk with my pokemon in Amity Park. The gym is pretty fun. Then I can make poffins here. But my favorite part is the church. It's just so peaceful.

#4:Castelia City.
Why: I haven't even played it, and I love it. It has gamefreak, a pier, the gym. It has Castelia Ice, and I love icecream and sno cones. Then there are parks, and, so much more. I can't wait to see what else it has!

#5:Olivine City.
Why: I love the light house and bringing my pokemon there. I love visiting Amphy. And Jasmine is my favorite gym leader.

#6:Twinleaf Town.
Why: My first adventure started here, when I first got Diamond. This town will always have a special place in my heart.

#7:Foretree City.
Why: I haven't actually been here, but, TREEHOUSES!! These people are smart!

#8:Snowpoint City.
Why: It.. has... SNOW!!!

#9:Newbark Town.
Why: I love how calm it is, and I just love the wind mills. It's so peaceful.

#10:Solaceon Town.
Why: Exploring the ruins is so much fun, but the main reason why I like it... there's corn every where. It's just a small farming town, like my old town. Solaceon reminds me of home.

Goldenrod for definate. Lots to do there, like the game corner and just outside is daycare. Will probably change my mind when B/W are released here though.

Goldenrod City was the first city that really stood out for me as a kid. This was back around 2001, mind you (Crystal). Miracle Cycle, the Department Store, Game Corner, Radio Tower, Name Rater, train station...Goldenrod seriously has everything. I remember going to the Radio Tower every night at six in the evening to get points from Buena...Ah, memories!

Fortree all the way.

When I first entered it, I literally spent 10+ minutes going up the ladder, across the bridge down the ladder, up the other ladder, across the other bridge, and down the ladder.

I just ran in circles like this :O

Love the music and size of Celadon City. But since there's so many to choose from, region wise to DP:

RBY: Celadon
GSC: Violet
RSE: Mauville
DPP: Jubilife

Lilycove because of the music, though Lavender Town and Goldenrod City come a close second, mostly because of the music, too.

Ecruteak because of the history and mythology of it. That, and it's got forests and mountains surrounding it - the type of place I would love to live in (for camping, hiking, or reflecting, among other things).

Floaroma Town. Flower-y. :)
Snowpoint City's okay too. So is Verdanturf due to its music background.

I liked Castelia City. Even though I still haven't played BW, I'm sure there will be a lot of things to see there.
