Tough choice, but I'm going with Ghost/Ground. Typically, when I think of Ghost-types, I think of spirits that have no true physical form, whilst Ground-types are about as solid as matter gets. Put them together and you get an awesome oxymoron of conflicting elements. An immunity to Normal, Fighting and Electric moves is always useful as well, of course.
