Tough choice, but I'm going with Ghost/Ground. Typically, when I think of Ghost-types, I think of spirits that have no true physical form, whilst Ground-types are about as solid as matter gets. Put them together and you get an awesome oxymoron of conflicting elements. An immunity to Normal, Fighting and Electric moves is always useful as well, of course.
I really like Dragon/Fire, Water/Grass (for some reason xD), and Water/Ground. Ghost/Fire is also really awesome; I never would've thought to put the two together like that.
Dragon/Ice is pretty cool, too. Just like Dragon/Water, the Ice weakness is negated, which is always handy.
I think Water/Dragon is one of the best, though. Only one weakness! (I always tend to use things with at least one weakness. Don't use Spiritomb or Sableye all that much.)
I really like Ice/Ground. Naturally Mamoswine's one of my favourite Pokemon :P

Probably Fire/Fighting, haha. Other than Electric, my two favorite types.
I like Water/Ground.
I'm gonna say Dark/Fire because I like the concept and some type combos I've also seen that I like a lot that are fairly interesting:
Ghost/Fire
Ghost/Water
Ghost/Ice
Ghost/Electric
Ghost/Dragon
so types combined with the Ghost type are cool to me also things combined with Dark type are also good.
Steel / Rock. I don't care about 2 of the double weaknesses, back then I thought this kicked butt !
My favorite type combination would be Ice/Dark. Those are my favorite two types and I think the Pokemon would look cool with it.
bug / steel (scizor mostly) Its my fav type combination to use as a false swiper.
Ice/Electric is a pairing of my two favourite types, and offensively they complement each other perfectly. I'm still waiting for something other than Rotom-F to have the typing though, since I don't care much for his design.
