Back to the drawing board!
It creeps me out that it's so dangerous to go into tall grass like if you accidentally stepped into tall grass and ran into a level 1 Bidoof then you would die
I kissed you in the water and made your dry lips sing
I saw you look like a Japanese baby
In an instant I remembered everything...
The idea of someone you don't know dragging you onto a Ferris Wheel. I am deathly afraid of heights and very uncomfortable about strangers so that personally gives me the creeps.
Darkrai is also pretty terrifying. The embodiment of nightmares, oh boy!
I was more scared of the Viridian Forest as a kid, than Lavander Town. *shrugs*
But what bothers me, is that the NPCs don't do anything. The same dude stands there in the same spot (more or less) for years. I don't find it "scary" but it's something I've always been conscious of.
Drifloon and the fact that it hangs around, hoping you'll grab its hand so that it can drag you, kicking and screaming, into hell. Seriously, that is freaking messed up. It doesn't help matters that someone did some fanart of different E4 Ghost type users; there was a Drifloon in the shot, lifting a Golett about three feet off the ground...Drop the Automaton, you freakish balloon from the Underworld!
"Bumblebee reporting for duty..."

The entire concept of eating dreams is pretty freaky. I mean, what happens when they're done? Is it replaced by a nightmare, or do you just not have a dream? Also, the fact that Drowzee enjoys children's dreams more and REMEMBERS THE DREAMS ITS EATEN... That's just plain scary. In fact, Drowzee is just scary in and of itself.
The fact that Banette was once a doll who's owner's abandoned and that it seeks that child who disowned it. Another one is that Shedinja doesn't move at all and anyone who looks into it's back their soul is stolen. What's worse is that when you use one in battle the only thing you see is it's back. How conveinint. O_O
For some reason Missingno, especially the fossil and ghost forms really creep me out. Other ghost types freak me out too, like Genagr's pokedex entry:

This is actually the line X + Y = 3.141
Only the Lavender Town theme creeps me out. Everything else is okay.
Idk about creepy, but I'm seriously disturbed when I think about pokemon like Gardevoir and Jynx... They appear to be wearing dresses, but when you think about how that "dress" is actually part of thei body... EW!
That aside, I think the pedophile Drowzee from PMD2 is just... Eek!
And I love love LOVE the Lavender Town theme! (but definitely NOT from gen II/IV!! Ruined!)
I find any glitches or unnatural things of the sort to be some of the scariest things to me.
The thing that creeps me out about pokemon is after gen 1 they removed all other animals from the game. (The first oddish cards have a frog in the picture) So either everyone in the games are vegetarians or they eat their pokemon. Whitney's Miltank better watch out...
I know it is no different than eating cow or something like that but it still creeps me out.
Well, me and my cousin got pretty freaked out when we first went to the old chateau and saw an old guy float across the room and a ghost girl. It didn't help that I searched it on Youtube too; there was this one comment that said something about how Gardenia used to live in that house along with the old guy and the little girl, who was going to be the next gym leader, but Gardenia wanted to be gym leader so she poisoned the little girl and that's why there's an antidote in the trashcan what O_o I doubt it's true but that was pretty scary.
