According to Bulbapedia, Reshiram is 10'6". So that picture looks about right I think.
But to tell the truth, if you saw the screen shot of Reshiram featured in Movie 14, compare with Ash where he stood on its back, the official size described in the Pokedex seems to be a bit small.
In any case, in my personal perception, all the size description for all Pokemon in the Pokedex are all undersized.
The anime canon very often makes legendary pokemon bigger than they are in the games. Sometimes much, much bigger.
Given Reshiram and Zekrom do appear in the correct size in relation with humans in-game (N rides either) though, probably that should be the most accurate representation.
I don't know how often animators consult character models, but they probably don't stick to the established heights often. (Like in the second movie, where the Legendary Birds sometimes tower over humans when they're supposed to be 5-6 feet tall)
It's probably to help the visual impression of a person sitting on a giant dragon.
I remember when I found out how big Pidgeot was................For some reason when I was a kid I thought it was like 2 feet tall lol
That should be the right size in the games
The anime gets almost none of the sizes right. Snorlax is like 12 feet tall, Dunsparce is tiny, Chikorita was probably just a tad taller than Pikachu.
I honestly think some of the Pokemon sizes in the anime look more reasonable than the sizes in the games, to be honest. Like Ponyta. It's so tiny in the games that it doesn't seem right to me. I'd imagine Ponyta to be much bigger and ride-able like in the anime, then Rapidash is even larger.
Yep, the anime is generally inconsistent with the size of Pokemon, although there are cases where even the humans are the ones with an inconsistent size (Robert in the 54th episode of BW). Anyway, the only thing you can't rely the Dex on is the size of serpents. If you take the image of Serperior's sprite and apply the size given on the Dex, you will have a super gigantic snake!
However, Reshiram's size given in the fanart (I think it is fanart) should be the right size.

Yes, I understand this. Although I never see them compare snakes to the trainer under the "Height Comparison" part of the game's Dex, I imagine that some like Arbok would be shown to be very huge compared to how big it's supposed to be if you use the Hoenn Dex (I used Hoenn's as an example because I don't know if Unova's have a "Height Comparison" feature). (Veekun's Dex shows that snakes are conspicuously large compared to the trainer, but then again, it's a fan site)

I would imagine Reshiram being HUGE, but not that heavy, and it doesn't make sense that the Poke Dex would display a serpent by height.
