is pikablu a real pokemon and what is it if so???
i tried calling the marill pikablu and evoving it but it just turned into azumarill!!??

Pikablu was a fake Pokemon from the days of RBY and was a nicknamed given to Marill. There are numerous cheats from the days of RBY that claimed you could get one, but since it was fake, they obviously didn't work.
