Thread: If you had a chance to turn own world into a pokemon world.. would you?

Yes please. For the people who think it would be really dangerous and all: There'd be some regulations of course and such, and also, the chance of you getting into as much trouble as Ash is lower than the chance of flipping a coin on the same side 6847 times (that's 2^6847, calculator can't handle that!) Also, we could show Team PETA who's boss!

It depends.
If it would be the peaceful place, where just sometimes appears a villanious team, which could be destroyed with bunch of kids and maybe regional champion (or only one kid and slight help from regional champion), then definitelly yes. Even if walking in the tall grass alone could be quite dangerous.

On the more realistic side, I see many chances how could people and goverments misuse Pokémon to cause really, really dangerous wars. I know, in real world are many dangerous weapons, but they are still much more controlled and less accesible than Pokémon would be. (Imagine the army of Mewtwo. They start to disobey and there will be no petrified Ash to save the day. No, I definitelly don´t want this).

I'm going to go with Pokémon world, not a Pokémon version of THIS crappy world.

Amen my fellow mate, the world has come to a place destine for distress and it doesn't seem to look bright down the tunnel..Yet there is only one way to live free in this world with peace and joy and it only comes from one thing bigger than mankind it self, Our Creator THE LORD! the bible only continues to fulfill the words it has presented..But a Pokemon world could only be much better than one that the ignorance of the human race has doomed.

And I'd be set for life if I could get my hands on a Psychic-type. Any Psychic-type. Teleportation, having a classy bodyguard that can tear apart my opponents from a distance, a telepathic BFF, and being able to see some shit without resorting to snorting stardust like a plebeian.

There should be a poll added to this thread. Anyway,my answer is no. I have a feeling having only 649 creatures around in an ever-prospering,utopian world would be really boring. But I mostly play the games for the online battles,so I don't pay much attention to the world itself.

Despite the potential danger, I still say yes. Life would be so much more exciting and a lot less lonely since Pokémon actually make excellent companions. Plus, I'd like to be able to overthrow criminal organizations almost single-handedly.

well... i would become a fisher and have 6 magikarps and stand in a position to force trainers to battle me :)

even with all the bad guys and such around I would be having the time of my life
exploring around with Pokemon and yeah, it might be a pain since I might get lost but that'll be part of the excitement

Yes, definitely, the Pokemon world is so much nicer than the real world, and I would love to cuddle with a real life Buizel, and battle alongside a Floatzel.

First thing I would do is buy me some Pokeballs and go out and catch a Buizel, they're my favorite Pokemon of all.
