Thread: If you could use ONE Pokemon attack...

Lets just say Arceus or some Pokegod gave you the opportunity to use almost ANY Pokemon attack, and not use it once, but use that attack whenever you'd like. What attack would you be able use?

BANNED ATTACKS:

Any attacks involving flight(Fly, Sky drop)are banned(because flight is different from levitation, flight involves WINGS), but moves such as Air Slash and Aerial Ace are not,as I think it could be done without flying. Also, any attack involving wings, beaks, tails,(Steel Wing,Aqua Tail,Drill Peck, and then some) etc. are banned. Judgement is banned along with any other Legendary-signature move (Dark Void,Roar of Time,Shadow Force, Spatial Rend,Blue Flare,V-create, Fusion Bolt, Psystrike, Doom Desire, you name it) are banned. Sketch and Transform are banned. Everything else can be used.
EDIT: Metronome is now BANNED due to the fact it can become any attack. And you might accidentally blow yourself up, and nobody wants to clean THAT up .
Also, any attack that can lead to suicide is BANNED. This includes Perish Song (humans can't switch out!), Healing Wish, Self-Destruct, Explosion, you name it.

I also want to know why you would like to use that attack (you don't have to but I would love to know).

Also, the attacks form from your hands. Or else moves like Flamethrower and Ice beam would be incredibly painful. Dont get me started on Gastro Acid .

So, what attack would you use?

I probably would have Aura Sphere. Mainly because it would be incredibly awesome to get really pissed at someone and say "AURA SPHERE!" and f*** them up with sheer awesomeness. Plus its one of my favorite attacks ^3^ ! Or maybe Psychic. Or even Teleport...

EDIT: The move Psychic has its telekinetic anime effect, and you can't read other peoples minds with it. That right is solely for the move Mind Reader . Also, status moves such as Heart Swap, String shot, and Double Team have anime effects. So you could be a mega troll and make people switch minds.

EDIT: Mimic is also banned now due to the fact that it is very close to Sketch, except it can be used over and over again. Plus, moves like Sketch and Mimic might not be very useful, as the odds of finding someone else who had aura powers or summon blizzards would be very unlikely.

EDIT: Flying moves are no longer banned.

Sorry for all the move bans. But there are over 500 other moves so I think all you guys should be fine.

Wow, such a huge choice to choose from. I'd probably pick teleport so i could get out of any awkward situation

Teleport, so I could see my girlfriend whenever I wanted haha.

First which came to my mind was Attract but I don´t want to be so hated as Emolga is, so I would stay with Teleport. Extra fast, extra cheap and even ecological transportation!

Flamethrower, so I can pretend that I'm a firebender

Shadow Ball has got to be a big favorite of mine, it's kinda like an evil Aura Sphere (Screw Dark Pulse). Shadow Claw could be good though, and Hypnosis is one to consider... Yeah, I'll go for Hypnosis.

Or double team, that would be cool

Why are flight moves banned??

IF ALLOWED: I'd use Metrinome, I love the ranomness and unpredictibility of it, who knows what will happen :D

IF NOT: Nothing says Metrinome is banned but as a flight attack could be used with metrinome, I would use Fire blast, I love the shape it makes and the damage it inflicts!

Either Icicle Crash, Sheer Cold or Shadow Claw. I'm a bit of an Ice lover and either dropping icicles on someone at will or completely freezing an environment at an instant would be really awesome. Shadow Claw would be cool too because a claw in itself is a cool weapon which could be used at range like how Best Wishes depicts it.

Aura Sphere or Stone Edge

metronome, of course! then i'd be able to use any move practically. imagine the possibilites.
but that would be cheap, so i'd probably want either perish song or attract.

So, what attack would you use?

Are you only talking about the game versions of moves? The anime Psychic is telekinesis, which would be pretty useful. If it's game only, I'd need to think about it some more.

The problem with that is that you could end up with Explosion.

assuming that there will be revives at the time, that would be no problem.

Psychic if it's like in the anime, if not then shadow ball just because I love that move

Since Fly isn't an option...
I'd go with either Aura Sphere or Shadow Ball, because both of those attacks look pretty cool.
