    Infernape looks like it could get Technition. Blastoise could get Sturdy or maybe Scrappy.

    Scrappy is useless for Blastoise since none of the types are immune to its strongest moves (a STAB Water move can take down a Ghost type).

    Not usually. Blastoise goes defensive, so it won't OHKO most ghosts. Scrappy means it doesn't need to run Foresight to spin, and so frees up a spot. (You also forgot Water Absorb Jellicent.)

    You do know that Blastoise is mostly used as a Rapid Spinner in competitive play, don't you?

    As @Iteru and @Takaki already explained, Scrappy would allow Blastoise to spin without Foresight, which in turn frees up a move slot it can use for another move, such as Toxic.

    I was thinking... What abbout Poison-Heal Serperior? He has very good bulk an it would allow him to boost with Coil/Calm-Mind without much worry since he has very good recovery... he'd be a pain I'd think..
