As much as I want to catch all Kurumiru in The Pokémon world to extinction, I say No. I'm living a great life and I wouldn't exchange it for anything, even if it meant passing up the chance to go to a nonexistent world.
Hah can I take the real world with me? Hah that would defeat the purpose. So probably no.
so if given the chance.....
I love the pokemon world, but I love my family and friends more... I couldn't imagine leaving them..
so if I had to die... no.
if everyone I care about can go with me, then yes.

Because Ash will always love Misty and Misty will always love Ash.
I'm a pokeshipper and I'm proud to be one.
Oh yeah, as long as I could take my iPod.
I seriously doubt the question involved dying to get there. You vanish off the face of the earth, the authorities never find your body, your family eventually has to assume that you've died and it would cause them great suffering.
If I could take one person in particular with me, I'd do it. Prolly leave a note, too. More like a letter, really. Can't be much worse than it is here, right? Maybe not much better either, but at least it'd be different. An adventure.
I'd have to say no, even though the selfish part of me says screw everyone else. Probably the only way I'd agree to do it is if I could start over from scratch in the pokemon world, and have me either do this after I die of natural causes, or have no one know of my existence here. So basically, no.
Astronomy Club... you know you want to.

And, I would go. Even if all ideals that came with the typical pokemon idea were to end up deconstructed.
Go forward in time! REGRET NOTHING!
Actually let me elaborate more. I think the opportunity would be a fantastic one and would definitely seize it. I would take some things with me, and leave some behind as well. I would definitely miss them, of course. But so many new opportunities... that's not something to throw away.

No. The world we live in has its flaws, but I'd rather live in it than in some semi-Utopia that I can't relate to in any way. Who knows what their history is? Their religions? How can I identify with people I don't share anything with?
For example, I love Napoleon. I strongly doubt they know who he is. How can I epxlain hios glory and all his greatness if they have no idea who, what, where, or why he exists? I'd have to tell them everything about our world, almost all of European History before and after him, and so on.
Secondly, I'm not sure they have Catholicism. What will I do without that?
Finally, I don't really want to got here, because I'm, almost positive I'll try and establish some kind of authoritarian police state on them, and frankly, I don't want to spoil their euphoria. Let them live without fear from hunger, poverty, and war. The cowards!
Note: this was probably semi-satirical. I'm awfully tired, and it's difficult to think straight.
This world may be dark, but that just means we'll hold on to whatever glimpse of light we can get. As others have said, there's family and friends to consider.
Besides, the Pokémon World isn't perfect. Every year there's an evil team wanting to take over the world. At least over here, we can delay them for half a decade with a war. Besides, giant fire-breathing dragons would be used as weapons. Seriously...
