I was 6 when the anime premiered in America but I didn't play my first game till I was 7.
3.I grew up with 3rd Gen.The pokemon during gen 3 look amazing,in a special,nostalgic way.
I was 6 or 7 when my younger cousin(2 yrs younger than me) introduced me to the anime. I remember him telling me the character names, Ash Misty and more specifically Brock. I remember him telling me brock didn't have eyes lololol. Wasn't soon after that I found his Pokemon Blue in my sofa and got into playing the games.
I was 4, my sister came home one day with a bunch of pokemon stuff and ever since then I was hooked, my mom actually taped the whole kanto and orange islands saga for me, I began to fade away from my fondness until my sisters boyfriend gave me pokemon gold, clearly fate wanted me with pokemon
I was 6 I believe when I first saw Pokemon. I was at Blockbuster Just strolling around looking for something to watch when BAM! at the corner of my mind I saw the one movie with the unknowns (don't remember the title ):) so anyway I rented it and I instantly fell in love with the universe of Pokemon.
8 when I was exposed to it, 11 when I got my first game.
Crack some heads for me, darlings. Thank you, and good night.
When I was 12 (it was the year 2000 then), Pokemon came to my attention because it was a fad that my school mates picked up. I initially hated it, but decided to embrace it when I heard it's a Nintendo franchise, in the same year.
Thanks for reading.

Around 3 or 4. Having two older brothers, I grew up just as Pokemon exploded in the US and have been playing it pretty much as long as I can remember.
I started out around high school, both with the game (Pokemon Yellow Version's my first) and the anime. Ah, sweet memories...
I was in kindergarten, too. Pokemon had just come stateside. XD
first intro was at age 4. first game (crystal) was age 6
Four, when I first played a game (my brother's). Three, when I first saw the Anime, but 12 when I first watched it (see, my cousins were obsessed with the Anime series as little children, so I briefly glimpsed it, but didn't actually watch it).

I remember I was four, and my sister just happened to turn on the TV, and Pokemon was on. It was the episode where Misty gets Psyduck, and it was over from there.
I got Pokemon Stadium when I was 5, and then I got Blue a couple months later.
Some days it's a good day to die. Other times it's just a good day to have breakfast.
I was nine, and it was when BLACK AND WHITE came out.
